Definitely needs upgrades, bed was super uncomfortable, holes in the wall of the bathroom stuffed with toilet paper, curtains torn in places. Smelled musty and smoky in the room. People loitering in the parking lot seemed a bit shady.

This place blows. A/C dont work, no refrigerator, no coffee pot, smelled bad, staff friendly.

Though you indicated that you found our staff to be friendly, we regret to hear that your room didn't meet your expectations in terms of there being no refrigerator or coffee pot and that the AC was broken. It's worth noting that your reservation was for a Standard Room, and this room category doesn't come with those particular features. Smelly room and water

The room smelled horrible although very clean.
The water from the faucet smelled awful and tasted like dirt. Not sure why but I didn’t feel comfortable at all with using the shower or the sink.
