We stayed there for a night. Walkway smells really bad. Will not stay here again

We are investigating and treating to make sure that this is an isolated incident. I assure you that we have strict guidelines we follow, and cleanliness issues are very important to us and are being addressed immediately with our staff. We are always looking for ways to improve upon the guest experience even with limited staffing. The property was filthy and had roaches. The hotel staff wasn't friendly or accommodating when informed about these issues. I won't be staying at any LaQuinta hotels again. Do yourself a favor, avoid this place.

We were not given enough wash clothes for the number of people in our room. I ask for additional wash clothes and they acted like they didn't understand English. I then had to take our used towels to the laundry myself because they didn't have any additional ones clean. The positive side of this stay is that my daughter left her tablet in the room and the cleaning staff turned it in the the front desk. They contacted me that they had it. I appreciate the honesty of their employees.
