Very disappointing!!! I reserved a room (two months ago) with a king bed and got a small room with two queen beds. When I asked woman at front desk, she was VERY nonchalant in saying that there were no rooms available. She blamed Expedia for the error and told me to call them to complain. Then she suggested that I check out and find somewhere else to stay but I wouldn't be refunded for what was paid for the room. Being that I had to be at an event soon snd had no time to search for another hotel, I stayed. The room was small and very cold. When I looked at the windows, there was duct tape around the windows to (try) to keep the cold draft out, but the tape was old and coming off. I cranked the thermostat up to 90 degrees and the room was still cold. The bathroom was in need of remodeling or repair. The was wall was "bubbled" and paint peeling due to damage from steam coming from the shower. Between the tiles of the shower and along edge of bathtub there were blackened areas and mold in the grout. Overall a VERY disappointing stay. I will not return or suggest to others to stay there.

The hotel is beautiful but dead... the AC wasn't working 😕 it was very cold

Bad
Posted 17 Jan 2022 on HotelsWiFi didn’t work, tv didn’t work, thermostat broken, phone broken, no minibar as advertised, no room service as advertised, creepy water damage in bathroom, and room itself was pretty bleak

Broken heat
Posted 12 Jan 2022 on HotelsThe heat in Our updates room wasn’t working. We tried waited but it never got over 72 degrees. They moved us but to an old Unrenovated room

The stay was great. The hotel had everything we needed. The room was pretty bare bones, but it worked perfectly for us.
The area around the hotel is mostly closed, but if you have a car or Uber it’s not too bad to get down town

Horrible stay
Posted 8 Dec 2021 on HotelsThe entrance looked nice and that was it...rooms were outdated as all get out...The furnace made a loud thumping noise the whole time and they started work on the building at 8 am the next morning and woke me up ....Won't stay here again.
