Childddd if you ain’t listen to the other reviews please listen to this one. They are so unprofessional and not clean at all. The staff is ghetto asf. Me and my girlfriend told one of the staff that there was a roach on the chair and he busted out laughing. Mind you it was dead as, a roach crawling on the chair where we was eating. Don’t even think about getting in the hot tub or pool is disgusting and they let people leave it any kind of way never any clean towels. The only highlight of the day was the breakfast but then again it was ants everywhere. This stay was so terrible that I left a day early. oh and be careful when getting your money back management is almost never end you will get told manager is not gonna be in until three. The manager is never in honestly that’s why the establishment is running the way it is. Have a good day.

I had prepaid a non-refundable Suite room but when I arrived my reservation was not found on the computer. At that time a fire alarm was going off and the clerk stated she could not access the computer. She further stated the computer showed no rooms available, yet the parking lot was far from full. I was forced to reserve a basic room at the hotel next door at a much higher price with a terrible breakfast..

The HVAC system had been turned off with a not saying HVAC did not run in fall. It was 80 degrees outside like a warm summer day. After a shower I checked out and sat in my car for 3 hours before my meeting. Will not stay there again. They ownership should be ashamed to house people at a Hilton Property with no working AC. All I can think of is that the ownership are a bunch of chickshit cheap folks.

The room was nice, Could have been one more regular coffee instead of 3 decaf and 1 reg. both rooms the same. the room was clean, nice, very comfortable. Nice friendly people and we really enjoyed our stay.

Front desk lady had a cold demeanor about her. The waitresses at the restaurant /lounge were inattentive and/or slow. Otherwise, the stay was okay. Pool and jacuzzi were nice. Room was spacious, but a little awkward with the double access bathroom. We didn’t try the breakfast. Easy access to the freeway. Would we stay again? We would check around for better options.

Our toilet did not work upon check in and we had to ask for a plumber to come twice. The thermostat was hanging by its wires off the wall. The bathroom floor and carpeting had dust bunnies and leftover stars or glitter from previous guests.
