Restaurant was open but no food was available due to lack of staff. To be fair, there were snowy/slick weather conditions. Front desk staff was so kind and personable.

Booked due to pool and hot tub. We were disappointed that they were closed the day we arrived. Fortunately the poor reopened the next morning but hot tub was out of service. Hotel was okay. Room wasn’t the cleanest but everything was adequate.

The staff was excellent & friendly. The room was nice & clean, with the exception of the mirror. The major disappointment with our 2 day stay is we specifically chose this hotel for the heated pool & jacuzzi for my 5 year old niece to go swimming & neither were usable…the pool was ice cold / too frigid for swimming & the jacuzzi was empty - we asked the front desk if they could check with maintenance about heating the pool & they said they would but it was never resolved! We made the best of it but had to play in the room for our stay versus enjoy the pool like we wanted!! I wish we would have known ahead of time!!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience, but I want to take a moment to highlight the exceptional service provided by Amanda at the front desk and Shanell, the cook. When I arrived at 9:30 PM, I was eager to settle in after a long day. Unfortunately, the room I was assigned had no heat, despite being told several times that it would warm up. Unfortunately, it never did. After a long, cold night, I had to request a room change the next morning. At 8 AM, I moved to a second room, but again, it lacked heat. By 9:30 AM, I was moved to a third room that finally had heat, which was much needed since the outside temperatures were below 20°F. Despite the inconveniences, Amanda and other staff were incredibly kind and understanding throughout the process. They did everything possible to make sure we were comfortable, Shanell, the cook, also went above and beyond to make sure I had a satisfying dinners to end the day. Her friendly attitude was a welcome boost during a somewhat frustrating situation. Other guests mentioned they had similar issues with heating in their rooms, and while they were given extra blankets and portable heaters, none were offered to me on the first night. When I inquired the next morning, the staff explained that the maintenance man wouldn't be in until 10 AM, and heaters were available if needed. While the heating issues were unbearable, the friendly and accommodating staff
