The Hotel was ok little bit old furniture, but was ok . Staff was bad

The property was clean and had everything we needed. The first room toilet didn’t flush so we had to move rooms which is fine and was fast.

We were not able to stay here because the pool was the only reason.We got a hotel for the occasion of my son's birthday.I had to find other arrangements. Please help me gain a refund for this event.Because the amenities were not communicated properly. I also went to the wrong lodging. I booked through a link from the crooks. Northern tholiday in and the booking set me up for one at fourteen mile and Stephenson highway. Please help!

I enjoyed the swimming pool. The water was pleasingly warm! Staff was friendly and helpful. The pancake maker was out of order! I missed it. The bathroom mirror was too high for short people.
