The pillowcase had an undone seam. Not a big deal, but it's something that should be noticed. Other than that, friendly staff and great location clean room.

The staff was very nice. They first put me in a room that was being renovated. When I came down for another room assignment, they were already on their way with a new room key. They told me to take something from the snack shop for my inconvenience.

Very disappointing! first room 123 stunk of cigarettes or Cannibis or both second room 128 TV did not work Called Expediia and was offered 304 which was acceptable toilet seat suddenly slip out and I had to push it into the seating to fix it TV worked but higher number of channels did not work ( my cousin on the 4th floor reported same TV reception) Breakfast was hot and served by a busy crew which was a redeeming value This late after pandemic Covid one would expect better repair and inspection before offered to customers SHAME

Front desk service was excellent! Everyone was so nice and helpful. Room was clean and well serviced.

Stag was very friendly and helpful. The bed was soft and comfortable. My room was clean I would could back for another stay.
