Property was quiet, inexpensive, nice kitchen. Convenient and staff was nice

The staff made check-in effortless. The room was clean and stocked with towels. It might sound basic but I've checked in lots of big brand hotels and they have no towels. Most importantly I felt welcomed at this property.

They charged me for a room which was dirty and didn’t give me refund and couldn’t accommodate my baby and I

Wouldn’t give us a room even though we booked already because WIFI wasn’t working. If a business as simple as a hotel can’t function without WIFI, it has serious issues.
