Everyone was so nice. Especially Dex. Definitely will come back. Would have liked to see some Christmas decorations though.

The desk workers and housekeepers are exceptional. They are super nice and accommodating. We’ve traveled all over the world and always compare the hotel staff to this hotel’s staff. They are wonderful. Five stars to them all.

Marriott…., what has happened??? This used to be a beautiful, well run property. Marriott logo lights on the building burnt out, carpets ripped, elevators filthy, room very outdated, and I was afraid to try food at your restaurant. You are better than this.

Uncontrollable noise and partying on the floor until 1 am. Toilet was iffy.

I come to Michigan every year. I usually stay at this hotel or the courtyard. There wasn’t any coffee in the lobby. When I asked I was told that they don’t put it out on the weekends. People were very loud. I could hear yelling and banging. Finally, it was out dated.
