Great property just needs better water pressure in the shower

Terrible service and staff they definitely scammed me out of 60$ I went to check out and get my deposit and I was told I wasn’t getting a deposit back for one of my rooms and so I asked why and he showed me some pictures of blood stains all over all the towels on the pillow case which clearly was not mine I had checked both rooms before I left and there was clearly no blood or anything out of ordinary

Thank you for choosing our hotel for your recent stay. We are truly sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. But it seems during checkout, the housekeeper found blood stains on the towels and pillowcase in the guest's room, and after documenting the damage with photos, the front desk addressed the issue with the guest. The guest responded rudely, refused to understand the hotel's incidental deposit policy, and argued with staff. The situation escalated when the guest attempted to steal money from the front desk, as evidenced by CCTV footage, and threw a sanitizer bottle at the staff member, creating a violent environment. This behavior violates hotel policies, and given the seriousness of the incident, including theft and physical aggression, the hotel has documentation and evidence to support further action, which may include withholding the deposit and involving local authorities if necessary.We at Days Inn by Wyndham Livonia/Canton/Detroit.

However, we noticed that there were some challenges regarding the extension of your stay. As per our hotel policy, any extension must be confirmed, paid for, and signed by 11:00 am. Despite several reminders, this was not completed within the required timeframe.Additionally, we observed that housekeeping was not allowed during your stay, which is part of our hotel policy to ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of our rooms. Unfortunately, after your departure, we found the room in an unsatisfactory condition, with significant damage and cleanliness concerns.We take great pride in providing a clean and welcoming environment for all of our guests, and we regret that these issues impacted your experience with us. Clean, close to a lot of restaurants, good continental breakfast, super friendly staff. Only complaint was the hall smelled like pot on my floor.

The building and rooms are dated but clean. The bathrooms in the two rooms I stayed in were remodeled within the past few years. I'd stay again.
