We had a great stay. The staff was very friendly. The only thing I would say is the hot water was not great for showering. More of a Luke warm even when turned fully up. Otherwise everything else was great!

Loved the Applebee’s and IHOP restaurants in the lobby, very nice we did not have to go out in the cold to find food.

Nice patio to lounge on, good location, quiet and comfortable. We needed an accessible room and this one was PERFECT!

Although we arrived at 5:30 and our room wasn’t ready when checkin was 4:00pm. Staff was very apologetic and immediately called housekeeping to put a rush on getting a room. Very friendly staff
