There was hair in the bathtub! Other than that the room was pretty clean.

I wish I could get my refund I got there checked the room couldn’t sit down blood on carpet dirty urine sheets used towels I wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy a room until you guys hav more employees one young man was the only employee tryna see where I was saying this is unacceptable how the room is the condition in filth cooperate should get involved people

Dirty hotel...carpets, furniture. Bathroom sink too low, toilet small and too low. Seating chair with stains all over. I will not come back!

The place was dirty and the room never had a soap for shower and it smell, it the worst money I ever spent. Regret my decision to stay there.

Had "maintenance " demand to come in at 9 am and spray "ant/pest" spray all over the perimeter of the room, WHILE WE WERE IN THE ROOM. tv looked like it was covered in nasty bodily fluids likened to gooey milk... Many outlets didnt work at all. Beds were maybe?? Cleaned thoroughly. Showere takes forever to turn off. Toilet clogged with an average sized poop. Lobby staff was mostly nice. Had tennants/guests fighting constantly(idk cause there might've been people living there short term) . Pool water is greener than the pool cover itself. Wouldnt book here again of im ever coming to detroit area

Nothing worked. Took 3 hrs to settle in. Door lock system a disaster. Poor breakfast.
