"My wife ( I generally agree) that when heater is turned on, smells in unit. We assume you need to replace filter? We own rentals so we quickly understood issues. Another small issue but don't recall. I was disappointed the pool and Jacuzzi were being repaired:("

"We had to change rooms at 130am into a different room because the A C wasn't working and I was strate out of hospital that afternoon wen I renwas released that day from hospital. I had had 3 strokes and wen released BP was 198 and I told the front desk I needed this hotel it was a strate shot to hospital and why. I couldn't even walk my walker had not been delivered yet. Front desk knowing that I had to move my belongings after already unpacking and settled in and it was Sept 29th wen this accord. At least 110 outside still. rooms at 130 am "
