"This is a big and busy resort hotel in a very scenic area. The room was large and well equipped. The staff in all departments were friendly and helpful. The included breakfast and dinner (both buffet style) were of a reasonable quality, although quite monotonous if you are there for more than one night. It is quite remarkable how badly some guests behaved when getting their food - a real “bun fight” at every meal. The restaurant staff were amazing and did everything they could to keep the tables...

"We we're not in thw main building. The side building's room was ok, but the bathroom was narrow and the sink very low (around my knees). But the beds were comfortable and the free onsen and shuttle service was welcomed."
