"It saddens me to say but this is not the same hotel it was 8-9 years ago. I stay frequently, always in a luxury room. The hotel is in need of updating. Things like electric outlets and wall switches and plumbing fixtures often don’t work properly. The carpet is getting sketchy. Also, I often see fairly aggressive upselling on check in, something that never happened in the past. I continue to stay here because the location is unsurpassed. "The hotel rooms are excellent for the price. Nice and spacious and beds are comfortable. Really conveniently located, although you can hear planes taking off which might bother some visitors (although this isn't a problem late at night/early hours of the morning when flights so not take off). Facilities are great, but there is no breakfast available on premises, hence 4 stars only. It's a bit odd since there are multiple dinner options on site. "One complaint. The light switch was impossible to find. The room was interior, so it was pitch black. There was no switch in an identifiable location. I had to find a maid to show me where the switch was. It was on an interior wall location where no one would think to look."
