"Es war mal wieder ein schöner Aufenthalt auf einer echten Burg, vorallem für die Kinder war's herrlich. Schöne Zimmer mit Echtholzmöbeln und eine riesige, ebenerdige Dusche. Gutes, authentisch tschechisches Essen, zum leicht überdurchschnittlichen Preis in der Umgebung, jedoch günstiger als in 🇩🇪 und 🇦🇹 und große Portionen. "Sehr einfacher Check-in und Check-your, die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und hat wirklich die Ausstattung wie man sie auch zuhause hat, besonders die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Allerdings war die Matratze so hart, dass es wirklich schwer war erholsam darauf zu schlafen. "

"Front desk staff spoke no English, have a translator ready. Other staff that passed by during my check in apparently spoke no English either. Plus the fact they couldn’t locate my Expedia reservation check in took well over half an hour. In that period I got ticked because the area around the hotel was restricted residents parking and meter parking was a ways away from the hotel (and you need Czech coins for that). "It was another hockey overnight. Simple room. Functional TV. Friendly service at the desk. Delicious breakfast staples. I arrived tired and hungry. I left refreshed and energized."

"It’s a Wellness and Spa Hotel and I failed to make an appointment for the Services. My room wasn’t cleaned during my stay and it’s inconvenient for elderly to walk up the stairs to the upper rooms. Faraway from everything to site see and shopping."
