"It's definitely a quality hotel. Excellent water pressure too. The view at the rear of the property faces West and is quite beautiful, especially at sunset. If there is any trouble with a unit, management is quick to resolve in an acceptable manner. Would stay again. "

"The staff is very friendly but management is occasionally unavailable to assist. When we arrived our reservation couldn't be located by the inexperienced front desk clerks. But we did get resolution with the manager who was accommodating. Our room was missing the AC controller so we had to tolerate a warm room for the first night. "Nice hotel with many great features Rooftop terrace with sweeping views Modern Building, rooms, and fixtures. Well furnished. Comfortable beds. Balconies. Efficient AC. Pool. Scooter parking. Elevator. Attentive front desk, with access to many tours, and transports. The only issue i had during my stay was the laundry for hotel linens as well as guest clothing is consistently musty, perhaps a problem with a machine. "

"Overall it was really enjoyable. The hotel was comfortable with great views. Good bed and nice bathrooms with warm water. I was slightly disappointed with the breakfast and would have liked more healthy food options like more fruit variety, nuts, musli, whole grain bread. "What a stunning place to stop... Beautiful beach front room with private patio are. Room was very large and loved the bathroom overlooking a small private planted courtyard. the view across the lake from the pool is amazing and a great place to relax. food was very good and the spa massage was also very good. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. we had the inclusive package which was amazing value for what we paid"

It is rather far, and tuktuk drivers are trying to charge ridiculous rates (150,000 kip for the 7 km trip!). Make sure you call ahead and arrange pick-up to avoid difficulties when you arrive.
