"Booked this hotel for a couple of nights to participate in the local half marathon, but the hotel transferred our reservation to the Clarion Congress hotel, which is actually quite good. The problem was that I wasn't told that the reservation was transferred, so we arrived late night trying to check in at the Comfort Hotel, only to find that the hotel was all dark and closed, with just a note on the main door saying that all reservations had been transferred to the Clarion. "Nice hotel overall. It has a restaurant and bar. I ordered beef for dinner and was pleasantly surprised to have filet mignon placed in front of me. A good size bathroom with the typical small shower stall. Not a lot of power outlets, also not uncommon. The staff was friendly, although the night desk person didn't know too much English. "Hotel doesn't have 24/7 front desk service, but it is ok for me. However, if front desk is closed, wheelchair customers do not have access to elevator. If you are not fit to walk steps, this hotel is not for you. All above is understandable as you cannot modify historical building. Anyways, I find this hotel be very cozy and I will be staying there again next year. Thank you again. "

"Everything was great and pretty cheap. One thing which you might take into account: if you get a room on the 2nd floor, you need to walk up the stairs (no elevator). One thing that the hotel needs take into consideration are the beds. They are pretty loud while sleeping or moving on them.People might wake up during sleeping because of that. Breakfast was more than great."

"We had a fantastic stay! The owner is so kind and spoke excellent English. The teepee was clean, and accommodating. Showers and bathrooms in the main house. Breakfast was beautiful, delicious and served beside the teepee in a gazebo (inside option available). There is a lake nearby and a beautiful stroll alongside it. "

"The hotel was very nice. Beds were comfortable, breakfast was fair, staff was nice and the location was awesome. We stayed on our boat on New Years, so we could see all of the fireworks right from our boat. Price was amazing and location was close enough to walk to anything you want to see. My only negative was we didnt get our room made up for the 3 days. All we needed was trash removed and towels, but that didnt happen."

"Everything was fine. Excellent and friendly service Two suggestions to the manager: 1. This category of hotel usually offers tea/coffee facilities in the room- keep this standard 2.The bed was quite uncomfortable- two single mattresses of poor quality . On a king or queen bed- put a matching mattress not two put together "

Gut und günstig

"Wir sind sind spät in der Nacht angereist und wurden trotzdem sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Zimmer war komfortabel und ansprechend eingerichtet. Die Einrichtung ist nicht die neueste, aber insgesamt in Ordnung. Das Zimmer ist ausreichend groß, aber das Bad ist sehr klein. Der Einstieg in die Dusche ist sehr hoch und daher nicht barrierefrei; war für uns aber in Ordnung. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb des Stadtzentrums. Es gibt einige wenige Parkplätze auf dem Hotelgelände, ansonsten parkt man auf der Straße. Allerdings schwierig etwas zu finden. Insgesamt Ei. Sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Das Frühstück haben wir nicht genutzt."
