Property manager not contactable during incident and later refused to refund booking even when the apartment was not fit for use. "We are a family of 8 Adults n 2 kids (4 n 6yo). The property is clean and well equipped with utensils and crokeries. We enjoyed cooking our meals there. We did not use the facilities in the adjacent shed such as sauna, BBQ pit. There r 3 bedrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom downstairs. Both toilets n single Bathroom are downstairs.
