"We had issue with our original property. However, it was esybto communicate with the staff and they promptly moved us to a different property which is even much more better than the previous. Staff were courteous and responded to our needs promptly. Its been less than a few days we moved out. Hence, i am awaiting a refund of the deposit paid. Otherwise, i appreciate the service provided."

"Spotless apartment, very large double bed incredibly comfortable, pre arrival communication and information excellent, everything we needed for a 4 night stay. We were in apartment 4 on the second floor, no views but we knew that when we booked, right on the seafront. If we are that way again would definitely stay again."

"Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The stay provided us with exaclty what we were looking for and due to the number of people that were able to stay in the appartmet, it was good value for money. I cannot thank AA for their levels of effective communication to provide us with the reassurance required, whenever we had an issue (which was extremely rare).
