"At checkin there was no record of our booking. Quite frustrating as that was sorted out. Niether the owner or his family ever seem to be present to deal with problems. The room we were offered had a cramped, miniature shower about 2 ft x 2 ft. The one we were then shown had a larger shower but no city view, no balcony and didn’t resemble posted pictures of the room we booked. Instead we were in a cell-like room with a window looking out on a narrow alleyway wall. The window blind did not work,...
