"This was a five star hotel but it did have quite a few issues. The outdoor pool was not open till June. There was an indoor pool but we were not told that this was available. Much of the hotel information is your phone but we had conection problems . The restaurant had no stand by paper menus. The waiter let us look at his phone so we quickly chose something. "Katastrophal. Die Bilder haben nichts mit den echten Zimmern zu tun. Wir haben ein Deluxe Familienzimmer gebucht und haben ein verrauchtes Ramschzimmer bekommen. Nach Beschwerde wurde uns gesagt, dass kein anderes Zimmer frei ist und wir ja nur eine Nacht bleiben würden. Deshalb haben andere Kunde die guten Zimmer bekommen."

"Rooms were not cleaned. The floor was quite dirty. Hair was all over the blanket and pillow. The bed is small and quite uncomfortable. Once you enter the room there is a very unpleasant dust and smoke smell. There is a “no smoking” sign in the room, but the room smells smoke and the couch has smoke/burn holes. "

"Terrible! There is a disgusting stench in the room, the bed is dirty, the color of a doormat. The hostess, in order to turn on the air conditioner (it turned out to be just a fan in the form of an air conditioner, it didn’t cool at all), stood with her dirty feet on the pillow ... There was a common balcony outside the window and there were people who smoked, talked loudly and looked at us. This hotel is a shock! We ran out of there at dawn and slept without even taking off our clothes."
