"Christmas at the Gaylord is the best! I also appreciater the guest only additions this year. The bed in 1189 was TERRIBLE. I felt like I was sleeping on a wooden box. I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and ejoyed our experience but after sleeping in this bed I woke up in so much pain. Especially for the price I expect more. "

"This is a fine hotel. We had never been to Dallas so it was hard to pick from so many hotels. What was the reason we picked this one? It was the reviews for the food that made us book here. "Love this place! Hip, clean, spacious rooms, fun bar/lounge, great gym, etc. Would return in a heartbeat. Service was impeccable. Shout out to Griffin and Jeremy along with all of the bar staff, front desk, doormen, etc. Only slight downside is that it’s not super walkable to amenities nearby. We used the courtesy vehicle which was great. I’ll be back again to this wonderful hotel. Appreciate the hospitality!"

"Nice, quirky hotel. A bit out of the way from downtown. Good big room with excellent bed and bedding. Got a great night's sleep. I liked the feel and ambiance, it had some interesting design features. It reminded me of a Kimptons before they changed to boring standardisation."
