It was so calm and tranquil, definitely what I needed after 10 days of trekking. The food menu was extensive so I didn't feel the need to go out to lakeside and allowed me to enjoy my time there. Will definitely be back again and would highly recommend "

"I used Bar Peepal Resort as a base before and after a three-day trek to Mardi Himal viewpoint, without any expectations beyond being a place to stay. I was so pleasantly surprised by the attentiveness and friendliness of all the staff. It felt more like I was staying at a bed and breakfast and the feeling of being at home that that brings. They gave me advice on the city, helped me to organize transfers to the airport, and generally made me feel incredibly welcome in Pokhara and excited on the about the adventure I was about to take.
