"The hotel stay are extremely helpful and friendly The lobby and restaurant was nice, fresh and modern The rest of the hotel was dated, it had been freshened up but it needs modernising The shower and hot water pressure was very low. "Stayed here a few times. Good atmosphere, friendly staff, great location. Had an issue with the TV not working on our last stay, apparently this is an issue across the hotel so would not recommend if a TV is a must for you. I was staying with my young daughter and the gent on duty (didn't get his name unfortunately but he was fantastic!) got us sorted in the end. It's a typical hostel. Doesn't have kitchen facilities but does food (small menu but very tasty) and there's plenty of bars and...

"Our budget room was small but clean. We were in the annex over the road and concerns about noise were not founded as we did not return until after midnight. The staff were friendly and helpful. As stated there is limited parking behind the hotel but we were able to park on arrival so all good. "

"I enjoyed the stay but was very very disappointed at having a room above the gym as was woken at 8am on a Sunday morning with very very loud booming music coming from a fitness class. This was unacceptable and spoiled my stay. "
