"The bed was comfortable. The shower had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash mounted to the wall so they were very convenient to use. (No fumbling with tiny plastic bottles.) Quietly elegant, yet the staff could not be more skilled, friendly, and helpful. The rooms are ample, comfortable, quiet and well appointed. I was meeting a friend, and told our Valet Parking Attendant that she'd be joining me later, he greeted her as if she was expected and welcomed her. When I later told him how impressed I was with everything and everyone, his reaction was "We love to hear that." Not just "I love to hear that."
