"The staff went above and beyond. The food variety and taste were great! The condition of the rooms and furniture need some improvement. All suites are located on the 2nd and 3rd floor, with no elevators, which makes it difficult for guests with disabilities and special needs. Overall, I highly recommend this resort. "

"Once you make a reservation, they do not allow for adjusting your days regardless of the reason. We contacted both hotels.com and the hotel directly, but could not make any adjustments. So we simply lost all of our money."

"Our stay at this hotel was disappointing. We booked a Family Suite with a mini kitchen, but it was completely unequipped—no pots, pans, or utensils. Additionally we opted for a half-board plan as the hotel did not offer a full-board option. The half-board food was poor, with limited options and mainly local cuisine, unlike the international buffets offered at other hotels.
