"We stayed prior to a flight out of RFD to Mexico. The service was excellent from the time we walked in the doors until our check-out the next morning. Our room was comfortable, clean, very nice. We ate dinner and had drinks at the onsite restaurant. food was delicious and the service was most enjoyable. Presley was warm & welcoming at the front desk. Great fist impression. "

"It was mostly fine for the 9 hours I was there. Bed was comfy. Room was on side of parking lot, so noisy. And there were some noisy people in the hall. Worst thing was the toilet was a safety hazard. The seat was beyond loose, and the whole toilet was not securely attached to the floor. Zero amenities - not even a cup for water in the room."

"The hotel is in the midst of a desperately needed renovation, and the parts that are done are nice. But the kindness and concern of the manager (owner?) was remarkable - literally the best I’ve ever experienced. I would gladly overlook the hotel’s shortcomings just to come visit such a truly amazing person if I come back this way again."
