"I thought i just needed a place to sleep for the night. It turns out what i REALLY needed was a night at the spa. Everything was incredibly quiet and comfortable. Angelina was behind the counter and made everything flow seamlessly. She really went the extra mile to ensure i had a wonderful visit. I truly cannot say enough about this place and the place i found here. I will make it a part of all future travel plans to the area because it was such a positive experience. "The house is just a regular villa without any extra soundproofing so when other guests stumbled in at one o'clock superdrunk everyone hears it. The guests then locked themselves in both bathrooms and started violently puking for everyone to hear. One other guest were sleeping off the whiskey in the living room couch. In the morning we opened a window and it turns out the street outside has surprisingly heavy traffic. We mailed the owner the morning after about the puking drunks and he asked "but...

"Thorskog slott og hagen rundt er en flott opplevelse, uansett årstid. Romslige rom, og nydelig mat. Eneste som drar ned er nedslitte bad (i sidebygning), og at vi var uheldig med servering under middag. Ansatt var kanskje ny? Maten var utrolig god. før avreise fikk vi en kort, impulsiv innføring av slottshistorien - av en flott positiv mann. Dette satte vi stor pris på."
