On the downside, the location is isolated and Carambola's dining choices are overpriced and not very good. Their food is average at best. "Manager and staff are friendly and helpful. Great room: nice decor, comfortable bed and linens, nice kitchenette. Could hear street activities but 10p quiet time respected by those outside and inside hotel. They even have a community kitchen w/ a full size oven and stove top, sink, microwave, and full size fridge. They had utensils, pans, and a dish drainer and dust soap, herbs, salt/pepper. "The property itself is fine. The music at night is incredibly loud, although we were there during Christmas and I guess this is how they celebrate. The music went on until 4am! "

"If the photos of the place look good to you then you will love this place. If you own a pair of Birkenstocks and enjoy seeing hummingbirds you will have a great visit. Had a great time at the Inn and went snorkeling right at the bottom of the driveway. We had a room with no AC and just listened to the wildlife all night. Wonderful!"

"The view is spectacular! The ground floor apartment is directly at the oceans edge with a large patio. That being said, there are no lounge chairs and the furniture that they do have is not ocean worthy. They need to upgrade. The apartment itself is good enough as a base but should be scrubbed clean. Pots and pans dirty, shower in spare bathroom was rusting, etc. We needed the electrician, and he came in a day to fix the Stove/Oven. So, two thumbs up for communication. "Beautiful property! Perfect for a large family, friends or a couple. The house is spread out for maximum privacy. The common area and outdoor space is great for making memories that will last a lifetime. The "Fountain of Youth" was enjoyed by young and old alike. "I really enjoy that it was quiet area. The rooms are very nice and spacious. They have microwave, fridge and dishes. Would recommend toaster and deying rack for dishes. Ice available from staff. The staff were excellent! Had a nice gym. The pool area was always clean and the pool eas cleaned daily. They had wifi where could hook up for nextfix and Amazon prime to watch TV. We didnt mind this as used our accounts. Unfortunately did not have cable so without streaming unable to watch TV. Need a rental car to get around. We are aware of this as we been to island many times. Thanks. It was very relaxing and nice stay. "
