"The property was neat overall. There were some gaps in the floor boards that my kids tripped on a couple of times and a loose baseboard or 2. Also, the radiating heater in the bedroom did not seem to work. We tried turning the knob both ways. There was a couple times when our outside door wouldnt open due to it being frozen but we had a great response from the maintenence team, even at midnight, to help us get in. "This unit was clean, tidy and stocked with a full kitchen! The beds were comfortable and we had a very enjoyable stay! The only downside, and it's a personal preference, is that we could not lower the temperature of the apartment. Otherwise, it was a perfect stay!"

"I stayed with a friend. The twin beds were comfortable, not too soft. Extremely clean and spacious. We were on the 8th floor and could see sunrise from the window. It would have been nice to have a sitting area instead of desk. Bathroom was typical. They included robes because it was the executive suite. Breakfast was good and convenient. No restaurant otherwise. I chose it for the convenient location. Easy walk to bus stop 1 for tours. Close walk to main areas. I would definitely stay again and recommend. "

Reykjavik Natura - Berjaya Iceland Hotels

"competent, caring, warm, patient staff. (Best to call them directly rather than emailing for information/clarifications etc.) SATT restaurant on site quite marvelous. Breakfast, lunch, weekend brunch, and dinner buffets quite sumptuous. (Expensive, but all food in Iceland is.) A la carte available. Restaurant was very comfortable centerpoint of our activities there. Didn't explore spa until we were checking out and wish we had done so earlier (salt water pool, hot tub, sauna, and nice atmosphere just to lounge -- maybe $20/day extra? other spa services available for fee). We were there during winter, so took taxi (or else shuttle services from pre-purchased tours) everywhere. Taxis almost immediately available. Perlan museum is 5 minute drive away and extremely worthwhile experience orienting to the Icelandic geography/geology/history, many experiential exhibits, exquisitely designed with 360 degree panorama restaurant on top of museum."
