"How fabulous that the accessible room has two bathrooms, shame there is no shelf for toiletries in the accessible one, and the floor is not slip proof. I could feel that the bath was not properly cleaned when in it. Not enough milk and no choice of teas that I would expect at the price paid. One packet of two biscuits between two! "I have already text you regarding our stay it was not a hotel it was a air bed. There not enough room to swing a cat. There was only 1 towel and one beaker and no toilet roll. The outside stairs to the were dangerous. We only stayed one night as my husband nearly fell twice trying to go to the toilet. We need you to contact us so we can complain.
