One issue I had was that the staff on my check in day didn’t speak English. Luckily, I was with my wife who is Indonesian so that was no problem for me. A major problem for me was at the check in time, the ladies at the reception couldn’t not find my reservation and didn’t even know the website...

"This is a classy hotel. The overall feel is quality and the food is good too. The room itself was 4 star because it was a bit small. But stars is quite good. There is a huge mall across the street which is nice. "
