"From the time we arrived to the time we left, we felt welcomed and attended to. Every single member of staff from front desk personnel, to security, to housekeeper, and down to the breakfast lady were very professional and courteous. The beds were comfy. The view was impeccable. Breakfast was made fresh and very delicious. The resort has 24/7 gated security. There is a boardwalk with easy access to the beach. The pool has rocks you can sit on for great photo ops and the jacuzzi was soothing. There was a security guard which was off duty at the time that we bumped into on the boulevard. He took it upon himself to stop and ensure myself and my two daughters were safe and didn't need anything. That was above and beyond his duties and I wish I would have gotten his name. I didn't ge the opportunity to thank him before we left the hotel, but I am so grateful for him. Thank you so much for an incredible vacation experience!!
