"Check in was a little weird. There was some confusion which they didn't explain but required 5 staff members to figure out. We were tired after our airplane trip earlier that day so it was annoying that it took as long as it did. The room was wonderful and large with two bedrooms. The hotel was very nice. Breakfast buffet good have been a bit better in my opinion. The location is unbeatable. Right across from a mall and easy to get to Angkor Wat"

"Our group had four rooms for a week in December 2024. The hotel accommodated our requests for 1- or 2-beds depending on the room which was great. The beds were very comfortable, and with A/C and black-out curtains, everyone slept very well. The hotel was well staffed and the level of service was good. Breakfast was great, lots of options to try. One request would be to make hand sanitizer more accessible at the breakfast buffet. (No one in our group got sick, just a general recommendation for buffets). The gym facility is beautiful. The spa and hot/cold tubs were a great amenity. Poolside service was nice to have, but a bit slow, and impossible to get a strong cocktail! The location was good because you could walk to a couple cafes or small grocery, or grab a $1-2 tuktuk to the busier areas. Airport transfer provided by the hotel was seamless and so appreciated after 20 hours of travel! Overall, we were looking for a comfortable reliable hotel with amenities and great service on a budget, and this one totally came through for us. "

"We got a two bedroom suite for 6 people. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very spacious. Great water pressure and beds were comfy. One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. I highly recommend Hotel Saem Siem Reap."
