"Stunning location. Immaculately clean. Able to charge our electric car was an absolute plus and a must considering the local charger was out of order. The view?! Incredible. Comfy sofa with a gorgeous fireplace listening to the sound of the waves. Heaven. The goodies given were a bonus: free range eggs, bread, fruit m, muesli, chocolate, sparkling wine all delish and very much appreciated. Spotlessly clean. Private. Wished we could have stayed longer. "This out 3rd stay over many years at Motel Marengo. It is always clean and the staff have always been helpful. It is well situated, in that it is close to Apollo Bay and the Otways and only a couple of hours from the 12 Apostles. Perfect for a short break. "

"the property was difficult to locate as there is no signage. overall the accommodation is excellent. very clean. kitchen had everything you needed for a light breakfast. there was no iron or ironing board."

"Good location, clean and comfy accommodation. Compared to other local accommodation this is good value for money. The only gripe is the rooms are not very well sound proofed, you can clearly hear the guests in the adjacent rooms. Didn't stop me sleeping once I'd asked them to be quiet."

"The view of the Pacific Ocean was to die for. The Villa had everything we needed for cooking. We missed not having WiFi, but you can live without it, especially when taking a break. We went to Chris's Beacon Point Restaurant and loved the short cut through the bush from our villa. The facilities in the unit were first class. We sure to return."

"This is a convenient and well-appointed place to stop along the Great Ocean Road. It's a short, easy walk to restaurants, shops, and the beach. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and well stocked with supplies that many other hotels skimp on these days, such as a toaster, dishes, tea and coffee, and individual shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in biodegradable packaging. On the downside, the carpet seemed a bit damp all over, as if it had been shampooed and was not quite dry yet. There was...
