"A wonderful stay in this marvellous hotel. Short walking distance to Namba station with many choices of local foods nearby. Staffs were friendly and no problem with english. Room was big enough for my family of 3. Have a small kitchen, dining area and also a bathtub too. "

"The location is convenience, inside is clean and tidy and the washing machine is a bonus for our trip. I wonder if YouTube will be available in future since we don’t understand Japanese languages provided at the TV. I also feel unpleasant when an extra blanket cannot be provided when we request it. Other than that, everything is fine."

"The twin room was roomy with the softest mattresses we've found so far. Also had a great laundry machine with free detergent (tip: use the bathroom's heating function as a clothes drying room). This location was by the Red line which we ended up using the most to get around from Shin-Osaka, Osaka Castle and Aquarium (with the Green line) There were some downsides to the place with the constant noise from the elevator, no soundproofing so you could hear loud ambulances/bikes, and we were not...

"Great accomodation in Osaka. It’s walking distance to the train station. Only downside is that it’s close to the red light district. "

"Location was excellent as it was very near to Yotsubashi train station and about 15 mins walk to the main Shinsaibashi shopping street. Lots of food nearby, Family Mart konbini store right beside and a supermarket nearby. The staff were very helpful and friendly and i rate them full marks on customer service. The room however was very dusty and we kept sneezing throughout our stay there. The room does not have a window that can be opened to let the dust escape. Would have given a 5 stars...

"There was an issue with our booking on checkin however the staff both on site and on the phone were great and sorted it out swiftly"

"The property was located a distance walk from their local transport and there was a duty free supermarket nearby. The check in was abit slow due to their satellite office for their connection. Do get their key code before you check in as there was a security door to bypass before you can check in. This apartment do not contain luggage storage so it was abit tough for us. It was quite centralise to Shinsaibashi, Namba and Shin-Imamiya trains. Will come back to stay again. They have washer....

"I liked the ease of arrival and easy access to our room. I like the close by walking distance to various restaurants and subway stops. I didnt like the steps.goijg into our.room. it goes up and then down Because it was late at night, i had triped 3 times and fell down badly. My dad also tripped twice and fell as well. Please fix the step problem or place some sort of safety border. Glow in the dark edges, reflectors.and etcetera. I also like the vaccuum where i was able to clean the floor a...

Great Experience

"Spacious high class hotel with Sakurajima station right across the road. My standard twin room was clean, comfortable, quiet, and had seperate toilet/powder/shower. I ended up booking another night in addition to my first two nights and will definitely be staying here again next time. "

"Excelente ubicacion, la entrada del metro esta a un lado, Dotonburi esta a 20 min caminando. 5. Shinsaibashi-suji Shopping Street esta a 5 min caminando, el desayuno muy bueno y la habitacion es pequeña pero con todo lo que se necesita y comoda. "
