Food - it is quite difficult to get food without going to an offsite location. It would be great if the property would provide some warning and recommendations. "Amazing cottage, I stayed in Breeze by myself. Roomy, breeze through the windows was amazing, view is amazing. Short walk to beach, right down the hill, no beach chairs though. Owners were responsive when I had questions or needs. The driveway is steep and taxi's can not drive up, so just be mindful of that, you gotta lug everything up that so pack accordingly. I had a local that did my driving and tours which allowed me to fully relax. Beautiful island and property. Bed was comfortable!...

"The property location is great. You need a car. Around there are nice dining options and beaches. Property is relatively quiet though you can hear your neighbors very clearly. The host was communicative and attentive. However the bed was so soft and uncomfortable and there wasn’t hot water for us- we stayed at G3 but host mentioned that someone is coming to fix it today. "

"I had the most relaxing and peaceful stay at Neem. Colette made my stay one of the best because she was accommodating, helpful, and went beyond my expectations. I had everything that I needed plus more. I love the privacy I had throughout my stay. I will definitely return to Neem."

"Very comfortable accommodation for a family of 5 (sofa bed for the 5th) but spacious villa, equipped kitchen, clean and quiet. The only thing missing was a baking sheet but we improvised. Majorie was very accommodating. Would we return? Definitely!"

"It was in a convenient location with lush greenery and fruit trees all around. There had been quite a bit of rain recently so grounds were not as professional as I expected. Proprietors were kind and friendly and made me feel at home/ It is a work in progress"

"It was great over all but you have to have a rental car. Basic but very good. Have the most beautiful beach on the island near by- Deep Bay Beach. There is a guy there on the beach that cooks you a fish that he just caught in the ocean. Also, there is a nice short but challenging track to Fort Barrington with a breathtaking view on the Bay. "

"The inside of the condo is fine / recently updated and staff very friendly and helpful. BUT the condo had not been cleaned properly - previous guest's toothbrush and other items were still in bathroom. The outside is just UGLY and the condo is WAY TOO FAR from the beach. Have to drive at least 5 mins to any amenities and the beach. Jolly Harbour is OK...but would not recommend staying there if you are not needing harbor access "

"My husband and I stayed at this property two years ago and came back because of all the beauty and all the love and care that everyone takes to make people feel welcome. We love the beautiful view from our cottage and the meals that you serve at your restaurant are truly unique and delicious. The jerk chicken is very tasty as well as the seasonings that you use. Also, the variety of desserts are one of a kind we loved the pistachio and chocolate ice cream, and the Keylime pie and the chocolate lava cake and the granola at breakfast and the wonderful lattes at the coffee shop and the beautiful beach always kept so clean Jermaine and Marlon and Kathleen really make us feel at home. We could truly go on and on about the reason we’ll be coming back to this place and bringing others with Us."

"We stayed for a week at Ocean Point over New Years and had a wonderful time. The resort was quiet, clean and had a great restaurant. The staff at the place us what makes the place though. Quame and Andre were amazing bartenders and offered non stop laughs and great service. The restaurant staff including Emma, Dede, Kerry-Ann, Spice and Markie all went above and beyond any expectation. By the end of our stay, it felt like home. I can’t thank everyone enough for making our trip special! You are all amazing! "
