"We had a wonderful stay at Sandals St. Vincent! This was our first time at a Sandals resort and we had a great experience. Having the diving included was a great feature that we utilized almost everyday. The rooms were very comfortable and well appointed. "The ambiance was beautiful. The place was extremely clean and the room/suite was huge. The staff in both the grill and the restaurant were very polite, and meals were served in a timely manner. Was delicious also. My disappointment. I returned the key after our stay and the receptionist did not even ask how way your stay, did you like the facility, can we count on you staying here if you return to the country? Some small talk just to get your feedback or to make sure your were comfortable....

"Would not recommend anybody to stay here. Booked a reservation for 4 people well in advance. The hotel reached out to me a couple of hours before my travel to tell me they cannot accommodate my booking (even though it was confirmed). I disputed that because if I went on Expedia during the conversation, I was able to book another room because it showed as they had more available rooms. They also stated that they were out of the office and the person who were taking bookings on site did not update...
