"What I expected."

"Good value accommodation. Friendly and helpful staff. The only disappointment was the Hoppa Bus is only once per hour. Instead I used the very regular and convenient local bus from the Heathrow Central Bus Station (the hotel had included this on its travel advice). "

Things like electric outlets and wall switches and plumbing fixtures often don’t work properly. The carpet is getting sketchy. Also, I often see fairly aggressive upselling on check in, something that never happened in the past. I continue to stay here because the location is unsurpassed. "Booked this hotel as had an early morning flight the next day. Comfy, clean room with a kitchenette. There's a restaurant and bar in the Holiday Inn next, which was very reasonably priced with tasty food. Will definitely stay here again"

"We stayed here for one night as we had a early flight at 6:45 next day. we took the Pod transfer to Terminal 5, it was a bit pricey but it was convenient especially in the early morning. The property itself is a bit old and tiring. However it was clean in general."

"The hotel rooms are excellent for the price. Nice and spacious and beds are comfortable. Really conveniently located, although you can hear planes taking off which might bother some visitors (although this isn't a problem late at night/early hours of the morning when flights so not take off). Facilities are great, but there is no breakfast available on premises, hence 4 stars only. It's a bit odd since there are multiple dinner options on site.
