"The hotel was lovely, just can feel its age. The staff were amazing. Had car troubles and the staff were on hand to help anyway they could. Had a family room, clean and with everthing you could need, toiletries were a lovely touch. Only niggle was the rooms were warm, especially with 4 people in it. A fan was provided but air con could of been turned up more. Beds very comfortable. Would definitely come back and use again."

"the room and the bathroom still had to be vacuumed and there were many cobwebs in the corners of the ceiling, the walls were not sound-proofed and there was a lot of noise from the other rooms and the hallway. superb location and plenty of free parking space."

"This hotel has everything you need to enjoy your stay. From food, casino, spa, shopping, lovely outdoor water and staff are lovely too. I usually come here to get a break and relax. The rooms are spacious and relaxing. I would say the parking for VIP needs alot of work and has gone up from £15.00 to £20.00. I have a disability and have to use it due to mobility issues. But if you use the casino or shopping or food, its £3.00 or free. So it doenst make sense. Apart from the parking in VIP needing work. I would recommend this hotel and its facilities. "
