"Staff was top notch! We stayed 2 nights for a race. Traveled from NC. First night was not very good sleeping, due to the air conditioning kept “short cycling” meaning turning on and off every few minutes. It was load enough to wake us all throughout the night and it was not very cool. The next day we were at the track all day and we got a text asking how are stay has been. So we complained about the room. We were told a ticket was put in to have it fixed. When we returned after all day at the track, air has not been fixed. So we messaged back and was told no one would be out to fix it today since it was Sunday. So we asked if we could possibly change rooms and we did. Great night sleep the second night. The guy at the front desk was so nice. I never expect perfection, things happen, but I do expect good service. This was exceptional! "
