"We arrive early from the ferry and no one was speaking English in our tower. Rafa was receptionist in tower 1 and was Amazing helping us move in. She explain the deposit issue and the wait for our move in. She found us a guide Lonbam and made our trip excellent. Later on akbar in tower 2 was also helpful and spoke great english"

Only owner didn't provide free room makeup service. You will be charge Rp 200k for room makeup or house keeping. "The room was filthy. The toilet reeked of urine and there was a heavy build up of gunk all around the toilet bowl and shower area. The sheets were stained and smelled like they were sprayed over with a fabric freshener. Used towels in wardrobe and ‘fresh’ towels had a damp smell. Utterly disappointing. "
