"Love this property, it is like coming home when we stay. They could improve check-in time COVID19 is over and when you have to wait until 4:00 to check-in it leaves you in a rush to unpack and get ready to go out for dinner, especially when my husband has to eat at 5:00 because of transplant medication."

"On Christmas Eve, the hotel put a stocking on our door handle with a cute stuffed Eldorado dog inside and other goodies. It was very thoughtful!!"

"Front desk staff courteous and professional. Unsure why housekeeping staff were off the day after we stayed as a sign was posted at check in desk. I am sure it would impact guests who stayed over the night after we checked out"

"Comfortable beds, quality sheets and pillows. Not enough in-room lighting, dark flooring and darkly painred walls. Filthy garbage cans in our room. Glad the pool was open, however the hot tub was luke warm and jets not fon functioning properly."
