"This is the best place to stay in Rocamadour. The hotel is located next to the main lookout point offering views of the old town. The path leading down to the old town starts next to the hotel. The view from the restaurant is wonderful. Rooms on one side have a view, others do not. The restaurant and bar are good. The staff are attentive, energetic, and friendly. Rooms are spotless. Unfortunately in this very small town their restaurant is closed for dinner on weekend and the other hotel restaurants in town were limited in capacity to their own guests. The closure was due to staffing difficulties so I hate to point this out, but we ended up getting burgers at a local snack shop--and they were so busy it was an hour wait to pick up our order!
