"Good basic Appart’hotel. Rooms were spacious enough and the outdoor pool was nice for a dip. The indoor pool with sauna etc definitely gave the standard of the hotel a boost. Nice 1 mile walk along the coastline into the city centre, or the bus stop is close to the hotel. Areas for improvement/watch-outs….. our room was not cleaned once in 4 days. "The property profile was misleading. There was no bedroom only a hallway with bunk beds and a sleeper sofa. The sofa was dirty and had stains on it. The unit had an extreme odor. The cancellation policy was lousy. The check-in was only available at certain times. "

"Pleasant and clean stay but very basic - definitely not a 4 star- booked a studio and had bunk beds unless I wanted to make up the sofa bed Also expected to take rubbish to front of property upon check out and strip and bag bed sheets and towel's upon checkout 3 star at best "

"The beaches around were lovely and at walking distance from the hotel. The staff were welcoming, very helpful and friendly. The hotel was in the centre of the village, close to amenities but it was very quiet."

"Great place to stay, a little noicy but a good place overall. I would recommend it."

"We stayed 6 nights with a family of 4 and found it was a very enjoyable residence due it’s relatively small scale, comfortable apartments with complete furnishings, super welcoming staff and a well-sized swimming pool. It is walkable to the center of town and beach in about 25 min. We loved it and would go back."

"L’endroit est vieillot, pas au goût du jour. Les restos et épiceries se font difficilement à pied. Les aires communes sont propres tout comme la piscine ! Le studio pour 2 impliques de dormir sur le divan-lit et celui-ci est pas trop confo ! Dans l’ensemble c’est ok en fonction du prix. Personnellement je n’irais pas pour de long séjour. Il y a aussi la possibilité d’avoir le déjeuner sur place mais non inclus. Le choix etait plus qu’ordinaire pour le prix ! "

"I really liked this place. The room was clean, basic, one person, large bed. What really makes this place worthwhile is the location. All sorts of beautiful pedestrian streets lined with shops are a few steps away. The big cathedral is very close, abd is truly beautiful inside. I visited in July, and there were live bands and even an all male choir performing in various spots. Lots of good food, very pretty, and close to the river. "From the moment I arrived – early – I felt welcome. I was able to sit down comfortably, order a cappuccino and relax while my room was prepared. I enjoyed a conversation with (Florian) a friendly staff member who excelled at connecting through conversation. From check-in through my very last day, everything was perfect. Staff were relaxed but also on their toes, so to speak. I will return to this particular hotel in Biarritz."

Great stopover

"Very clean and comfortable located very easily for a motorway stopover into Spain. Dog friendly and a very nice restaurant (with discount) two minutes walk away. Lovely shower and very quiet with safe parking. Close to the beach for dog walking."

"Perfect for what a wanted, somewhere central to take advantage of public transport. During my week there I went to San Sebastian, Bilbao Bayonne, Dax using bus and train as well as getting into Biarrtz Will be back next December"
