"Perfect stay for a couple of nights visiting Udine and surrounding areas. The hotel is located in a quiet area but still close to the city centre. Staff at the reception are professional and helpful. Nice having the option of having breakfast in the morning. "

"A very stylish place, great restaurant with very helpful and friendly staff. Really loved the vibe, perhaps not for everyones taste as it is rather stark and intimidating. I really appreciated the uniqueness personally and it's nice that there was a gym/pool etc. Minor downside, no iron or ability to iron which is a frustration for a business traveller staying there only one night. I'd likely stay again if the occasion arises. "

"The shower holders run down and came off. Unable to adjust shower height. A visitors dog was barking the entire time! So many dogs I felt it was a kennel. Had to pay for tap water during dinner. The hotel has been around for many years - still in good condition but time for renovations. Clearer signs of off limit areas for children.!!! Service was great. Friendly and helpful staff."

"It's hard to find better accommodation in this price range, so I used it for the second time and would gladly use it again in the future. Nicely located facility, inside you can see that it's been used, but I like signs of life as long as they're not too intrusive. Excellent sleeping comfort. I think it would be more elegant if for breakfast, apart from the available sweets and the delivered ham, there were some options for vegetarians."

"Be aware: the listing shows only the units on the water. What you may actually be booking has no water around it. When we checked in we found that we were booked for a “Garden Unit,” meaning a boat parked on the grass several meters away from any water. Your view from such a unit will likely be weeds, not water. I am sure the unit interior is about the same as those on the water. We did upgrade, but it cost an extra €40 per night. Apart from the disappointment of not having reserved what was in...

"Stopped here while on business many times . Very convenient to udine center and easy access to train station and bus services. No frills hotel. But does what it does well. Could do with some moderate redecorating. But does not stop me from staying there and already planning my next stay in the new year"
