"Comfortable hotel with friendly staff. Well located for ferry port and train station, with tram to both for the less energetic. I checked in late Sunday afternoon which meant reception was not staffed, but intercom provided all information to get in and access key card. Very comfortable bed and perfect pillows. Shower was small, but then I'm quite large! Water temperature regulation was very sensitive. Overall a good stop over"

Its probably not so great with children as there are 200 steps to town or same to beach otherwise its taxis which cost a bit. Breakfast was great for the view, pehaps a little pricey for the content. "This hotel is right on the sea so I would recommend taking a sea view room. They have big suits that are very spacious. We took the best room comprised of a large bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, living room, and media room. All of those were a decent size so it felt like living in your apartment. "A great place to chill out on the terrace. Alessia and Paola were very welcoming and helpful. Salvatore picked us up and dropped us off in lipari port. The bus to town is frequent and steps away from the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay!"

Only disappointment was that the pool got closed early for staying guests three afternoons because the pool was rented out to external guests, these guests did not have to wear swimming caps, etc. but staying guest had to. This should have been mentioned in the description on Expedia. "

"This was our best stay in a 3-week Sicily trip. On arrival we were greeted by Nino who checked us into a very nice room(it actually had a chandelier). Later we met Martina and she chatted with us and provided great suggestions over the 2-3 days we were there. And then Marta made us all kinds of drinks in the evening. The villa is gorgeous and the breakfast was amazing (including made to order eggs). I recommend this place heartily."

Stunning View

"We stayed in an apartment that I think isn't apart of the main hotel. It is off-season so the main hotel was closed. The view is incredible and makes you feel like you never want to leave. It felt like staying at an apartment more than a hotel since there isn't concierge or anything like that. I would recommend for anyone to say here as you can't beat the location. "
