"Abbiamo trascorso un breve soggiorno presso questa struttura e ci ha stupiti positivamente superando ogni nostra aspettativa. I cottage sono splendidi, letti comodissimi e gli spazi generosi. La cucina e'ben fornita e non c'e'nulla che sia risultato fuori posto. La piscina e'la chicca del villaggio e l'abbiamo utilizzata tutti i giorni del nostro soggiorno. Torneremo in futuro e consiglieremo a tutti questa stupenda struttura."

"Cleaniness below average. Not enough sunbeds by the pool. Food was good. Restaurant/bar/animation staff very kind and prepared, reception/housekeeping very moody and dismissive. "

"We stayed for 3 days and had a lovely stay with our three children. The staff were very relaxed and friendly and the area itself is lovely. There is a market on a Tuesday and we picked up some bargains. We would definitely recommend. "

"Our stay was off season so staff was light. What staff was there did excellent job and incredibly friendly and helpful. Property was very clean except light over stove. It’s close to the beach so floors get dusty quick. It was perfect for our pets. Beds are only OK. The pillows wonderful. Had to have maintenance up 3 times to fix flusher on toilet, fixed by 2nd day for rest of stay. Small water heater means rinse, turn off water, shampoo/soap, turn on water to rinse. I’m sure ok for summer...

"Wirklich großartiges Preis-Leistungsvethältnis. Schön gelegen, schöner weg zum Strand. Tennisplatz, Pool und Tischtennis und noch mehr kleine Extras im Preis enthalten, einfach super. Der Inhaber ist freundlich und gibt gerne Tipps. Kleine Mankos: Die Anlage ist teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Ausstattung der Küche ist relativ überschaubar, aber ausreichend. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden vielleicht einen halben Stern abziehen. "

"The location is fantastic, inside a green area and close to the beach. Beautiful view of the sea from house. The residence is very clean and nice with a new swimming pool and a bar. The service and director are nice and available every time to helps"

"Casa in zona tranquilla, un pò fuori mano, il proprietario persona disponibile e gentile, due appunti da fare: le porte interne non si chiudono sembrano gonfire o fuori squadra, al nostro arrivo un forte odore di chiuso andava arieggiata qualche ora prima. In bagno il minimo indispensabile, phon da viaggio in dotazione non adeguato per i capelli delle donne, consiglio uno leggermente più grande e performante se non si vuole stare delle ore per asciugarsi i capelli. "The stay at the property overall was really great. We only stayed for two nights, spacious rooms with no frills. Bathroom and room very very clean but a bit dated. Close to the bus stop from Portoferraio and about a 5 minute walk to the Main Street and beach in marina di campo. "
