"Los rececepcionistas muy majos y atentos, faltaba un poco de limpieza en general, la pared y la puerta por dentro muy manchada, en el baño se sale el agua fuera de la ducha porque la alcachofa no correspondia con el colgante, para poder tener abierta las ventanas hay que tener subido los estores, con lo cual entra todo el sol y te ve la gente, la cama y el sofa cama son comodos, te proporcionan lo que necesites, en definitiva, no hemos estado nada mal, estoy segura que solucionaran lo...

"We had a nice stay at the property. We were a little disappointed that we were given a room with 2 twin beds, after requesting 1 double bed. The rest of the room was great. Very spacious. The location was fantastic! Easily walkable to everywhere we wanted to go. Restaurants, sights, etc. Merida is a special place with special, friendly people! We loved our visit. One other small annoyance, parking next door was supposed to be discounted to 10€ a day. We had our ticket stamped, as instructed,...

"This is a super hotel close to everything in Badajoz. The staff were outstanding in their customer service and the hotel is superb. The breakfast there is extremely packed with all kinds of foods that you will not leave hungry. They prepare just about every breakfast item you can think of. This hotel should be a five stars rating. I want to thank the hotel staff for a wonderful stay and truly recommend this hotel while in Badajoz. "

"Got a single room at a good price, half what you'd pay in Seville. In a good location opposite the bullring. No noise, despite being on main road. However, the double bed made the room cramped. Bedside table prevented the sock drawer below the wardrobe from opening. Bathroom also cramped. No shelf for toiletries etc. Staff helpful, but told that there was no bus to the bus station and given info on taxi's. Wrong! Bus D stops at rear of hotel and goes right to bus station every half h. Fare 90c."

"Very central and an easy walk into centre. Lovely setting, it's partly built into the city wall. Very clean and nice communal areas. Communication is very difficult as we have limited Spanish and non of the staff spoke English but we battled through. We've stayed her several times on our way back and forwa to Cadiz and we will definitely stay again. There parking available at a rate of 10Eur per day however it's worth the extra as it is secure."
